Preparing a list of influencers for outreach
Utilizing our search engine of over 100 million influencers, we will choose the most suitable candidates based on your goals. We look at various metrics such as location, engagement, keywords used, and even similar profile searches. This ensures that you will find the right influencers to represent your brand and products.
Outreach and Negotiation
On behalf of your brand, a dedicated Account Manager will contact the identified influencers in bulk utilizing our email automation solution. They will negotiate with all influencers to ensure the lowest influencer fees and content rights ownership. You can sit back and relax while our team manages all of the influencer communications, negotiations, reporting, and logistics of coordinating content deliverables to keep your campaign on-time and/or on-budget.
As Influencers begin posting content, we track both the overall campaign performance and each individual influencer’s performance in terms of reach, impressions, engagements, media value, and more. We collect all user-generated content from the campaign (even the Instagram Stories that disappear!) and give them over to your brand to repurpose how you’d like.
As the campaign progresses, we measure what is working and what isn’t working. From there we double down on the influencer segments, platforms and content that is working and turn the best performing influencers into long term brand ambassadors of your company. We continuously A/B test and optimize the campaign along the way to deliver your desired results.

We customize our outreach based on the criteria that you feel will be best for your brand. Typically we target based on following, location, engagement, interests, bio keywords and similar profiles.
We work on Instagram, TikTok and Youtube. Typically our gifting campaigns are a combination of Instagram and Tik Tok, meanwhile budget campaigns involve all 3.
We report on metrics such as reach, impressions, engagements, media value, website visitors and discount code uses. We also rate the quality of each influencer’s content as well.
In a typical six month campaign, we will usually work with 100-300 influencers. However, we customize our campaigns based on what makes sense for your brand. In the past a campaign has seen as few as ten influencers, and as many as a few thousand influencers.
A dedicated account coordinator will be assigned to plan and execute your campaign from start to finish. They will be reaching out as an influencer marketing manager of your brand; it is a more natural and effective way to contact influencers.
Before working with us, we ensure each influencer has agreed to giving your brand the rights to all content created. Therefore your brand can repurpose that content for your website, social media or your advertisements going forward.
